ABOUT THE BLONDE BAKER

The Blonde Baker is a haven for delectable baked goods, pastries, and cakes. Our creations are perfect for individuals, parties, gatherings, weddings, and birthdays. Founded by a Red Seal chef with a passion for crafting exquisite pastries and desserts, our treats are a reflection of culinary expertise and creative artistry.

     I knew early on that the Culinary industry was where i wanted to be.
Since I started down this path I've helped others open their dream resturants from the kitchen. Assisted with the process, watched, learned and continued to dream. 
I completed the Culinary Arts Program at Thompson Rivers University and have been working as a Red Seal Chef for the past 15 years. 


Baking has been a passion since I was a teenager, over the years I have constructed and honed a portfolio of Desserts, Pastries, and cakes. I am predominatly a Line Cook but given any opportunity I will showcase my baking skills. I have made large wedding cakes, gluten free cakes, all kinds and colours of cupcakes, Bread and buns for large gatherings, gourmet multi layer dome desserts, French pasteries, Adult tea parties with fancy sandwiches and Petit Fours. I am always attempting new dessert concepts, decorative bread, trending ideas and at times creating based on what I have on hand either at work or home. 
I have prepared items for small catered events all over Kamloops; Such as Chefs in the City, Farm to Chef, and the Prestigous Evening of Giving to support the Kamloops Wig Bank at RIH. Feeding the Future Drive-Thru Breakfast in support of the Kamloops Food bank.  


I have been encourged greatly by my family, co-workers, employers, facebook scrollers, and the local community. These people have been extremely supportive. Today I am so proud to bring The Blonde Baker!
